Discovered gas discovered after the suicide in the car, the authorities confirm

Elba, ala. (Wtvy) -A man apparently shot herself in the parking lot of the Elba Board of Education on Sunday afternoon. When rescue workers arrived, they found that gas was carried out by one or more canisters or a kind of devices in the vehicle.

Coffee County's forensic doctor, Arnold Woodham, who was on site, confirmed the incident.

Dothan sent his Bomb Squad and the Hazmat team to support the situation and ensure that the authorities were able to safely remove the body.

“We answered a mutual auxiliary request,” confirmed Glover in Dothan.

Due to its enormous resources, Dothan is a regional responder of such matters compared to smaller agencies.

Woodham said there was no indication that the matter is connected to the Elba Education Committee than in the parking lot.
