Double-wide trailer fire extinguishing in a GA, home-paid loss WSB TV channel 2

Herbersham County, Ga. – First aiders in the northeast of Georgia were busy fighting several fires on Sunday.

The youngest occurred on Sunday afternoon when Habersham County Emergency Services, Clarkesville Fire Department and Habersham County Sheriff's Office employee reacted to a trailer fire to GA. 115 compared to Fred Pitts Road in the Fairview community.

When they arrived, they found a double -wide trailer on the 2930 Highway 115, which was on fire.

“We reacted to a fire for residential buildings and when we arrived here, it was probably about 75% involved, strong smoke that performed from all corners of the building,” said Jeff Parker, head of the Emergency Services, Habersham County Battalion. “We exhausted our lines to extinguish the fire and we had a little problems with water in this area so that we had to do a water shuttle.”

However, no injuries were reported; according to firefighters, the house was destroyed in the fire.

Two dogs escaped from the fire and a neighbor was taken to the hospital. The neighbor's condition is unknown.
