Downtown of Fresno Salon, which is displayed by criminals for the whole time

Fresno, California (KFSN) – A business owner in downtown Fresno is frustrated after her salon has been targeted by criminals for the fourth time since September.

Cathie Morales owns Euphoria Salon and Spa in front of the streets of Fulton and San Joaquin.

It was a difficult year for her both professionally and personally.

“Breast cancer was diagnosed at the beginning of December,” said Morales.

She had a tumor removed in early February, but found that she would need chemotherapy on the same day as the slump.

“In addition, it was not fun. It was pretty rough yesterday,” said Morales.

Morales said she was grateful for a good Samaritan who saw how the suspect threw a stone through the window, then recorded this video by him and called the police.

The Fresno police authority confirms that officials arrested the man on suspicion of burglary, vandalism and disability of the judiciary.

They were also able to restore all stolen goods, but Morales now has to replace a window again.

“These windows are not cheap and the landlord does not pay for them, we pay for them. And I could call the insurance company, but the deductible is more than what the window costs me,” said Morales.

She said she felt discouraged, but she refuses to give up.

“It is important for me to stay down here. It is important that I can thrive because I am not only for myself, but for everyone who has supported us,” said Morales.

The Fresno Police Department said that it increases the patrols in the region.
