Dry start to the week with storms that appear on Wednesday

Sunday continues due to a continuing fire and dry and airy conditions with an increased risk of fire in horry County around the Carolina Forest Area.

When we move into the new working week, the weather gets warmer, but rain lasts until the week.

SUNDAY

Sunday will be cool and mainly sunny, although for some the smoke in the air stands in the way.

Expect that the heights are about 50 degrees.

Early this week

Monday will be cold, but we warm up until Wednesday when the winds return from the south.

The drought deteriorated for our area and supported it in the risk of fire on Saturday and Sunday.

Rain is required, but we will only get something at least Wednesday.

Wednesday storms

We stay dry until Tuesday at the beginning of this week.

A strong cold front approaches until Wednesday and brings rain and thunder back to the region. A few storms on Wednesday could be serious, but the degree of threat is unknown at that time.
