So far we were impressed with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series (e.g. practical video deck.

The video has now been drawn, but not in front of Sammobile, Tippster @maxjmb and others looked at it. With regard to the design of the handset, it agrees with a view of the handset that we received last month at the Samsung event.

The short clip contained a recording of an app in which the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge were listed: it looks like this.

Three 12 -megapixel -rear cameras are also listed, but due to a peculiarity of the diagnostics used, this does not rule out 200 megapixel primary camera -which matches the Galaxy S25 Ultra and was previously rumored.

In view of what we know so far – and considering that previous rumors called this phone the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim – it seems clear that the thin form of this handset will be one of the most important sales arguments.

It certainly looks thin, from the limited views that we have had so far – but just how thin we speak? An illustration of 6.3 mm (without camera flashing) was mentioned, which is comparable to 7.2 mm for the Standard Galaxy S25 phone.

Of course, shrinking such a handset means less space for other components, including camera mechanisms, cooling chambers and batteries. It will be interesting to see the compromises with the Galaxy S25 Edge when it finally goes on sale.

That should be at some point later in the year. In the meantime, it looks as if thinness becomes a trend: Oppo recently introduced the thinnest wrinkles of the world, while Apple is rumored that Apple is working on the iPhone 17 air.
