Harding Fellow Program
The Major General Edwin “Forrest” Harding Fellowship was founded in July 2024 as a continuation of the drive of the Harding project after cultural change through professional writing and discourse.

The first group comprised 11 junior officers and a high-ranking NCO, which was the first uniformed editor for their army branch journals in almost two decades.

In combination with the talented civilian editors, the scholarship holders worked on renewing the effects of their magazines.

The first scholarship holders were significantly involved in the increase in professional writing and publication in their respective magazines, whereby the submissions rose by almost 50%. They also support the start of the line of the downhill website, on which the army is provided by any device and place and place by Weberem, mobile -friendly professional pieces for the army.

The next window that can apply for this scholarship will take place this summer when the personnel order publishes the catalog for the FY26 expansion options. The army plans to recruit captains, senior prison officers and Sergeant from armor, field artillery, aviation, signal, cyber, special units, civil matters, psychological operations, engineers, military police and chemical branches.
