Eagles' AJ Brown has almost selected baseball through football

AJ Brown's season in the NFL was probably the most memorable. The All-Pro recipient delivered a third season in a row in a row and was an important part of the course of the Philadelphia Eagles to a great title.

Before he made the leap into the NFL, Brown ended during his time as a college football star with almost 3,000 yards with the Ole Miss Rebels.

While Brown has become one of the best players in his sport, there was a time when he thought about another path.

“You are never sure,” Moritz told MLB.com. “As a scouts you are more likely than you. But I was as sure as I could be [that] He would be a good outfield. It would be great in the outer field. There was too much sportiness. There were natural skills. They add all of his tools together, that was the only one in which I was quite confident. This type will be a good outfield in the big leagues. “

In 2020 Brown described how baseball changed him to the football player he is today.

“They catch the ball with their eyes,” said Brown to Espn. “Baseball really helped me with that for football. If you follow a ball, especially a deep ball, it helped me a lot. I played in the middle of the baseball. On a deep pass in football, judge it and follow it like a midfielder.”

The Tennessee Titans selected Brown in the second round of the NFL design in 2019 and exchanged it to the Eagles during the NFL design from 2022.
