Ecuadorian citizens sentenced to 18 months for smuggling | Criminal justice

According to a press release from the US Ministry of Justice, Placencia guaillas admitted that he smuggled two people from Mexico and one from the Dominican Republic to the United States.

In his plea, Placercia guaillas admitted that, according to the Doj, he had smuggled other people across the border to the USA in the past, and after his release from prison to custody for the immigration and customs authority, he was accepted for deportation procedures.

Border Patrol examined the case of Placencia guaillas, while Matthew M. Paulbeck, a deputy US lawyer, pursued the case.
