Eli Manning 'Great Role' for Jaxson Dart

“After getting to know her over the years and watching her career, I am glad that someone like her is,” said Manning, who was wearing No. 10 on college no. 18.

Dart ended his career as Ole Miss with the program records in Siegen (28) and a profit percentage (.737) with a start quarters back (28), totally offensive (12.115), the yards (10.617), the efficiency (162.8), 300-yard passing games (15), a quartersback (1,498) and overall offices Passing (8.14).

“He was a great role model for me,” said Darts on Friday at the NFL Scouting Combine. “Someone who shed a lot of wisdom with Ole Miss throughout my time. [He’s someone] I really looked up. We definitely had these conversations. He is a legend. Whenever you are in the Hall of Fame type of a player in the Hall of Fame Art, you want to take small pieces and learn as much as possible. “

Manning will always follow the quarterback of his Alma Mater, but he took a look at Dart during the Manning Passing Academy last summer. Dart was one of several Star College Quarterbacks who acted as a consultant.

“I was in games and I had seen him briefly, but it was the first time that I really sit down with him, hang around with him, go on stage and told stories,” said Manning at the time reporter. “I enjoyed his personality. I was able to take a few carefree excavations on him, and he replied and did the same thing with me what is fun. It is about it. It somehow makes something special for the group. I have to hang with him … and eat with him. He seems a big child and has a good head in his companion. I am thrilled with his future.”

This future could be the Giants that are currently in Indianapolis and are trying to find their next franchise quarters. So far, darts have been asked about his interactions with the Giants.

“It was great,” he said. “Coach Daboll is someone who always brings a lot of energy when they enter a room. The whole team of coaches, I have a lot of experience in the senior bowl (where offensive coordinator Mike Kafka worked as a head coach) and meets them. Especially here to sit again and talk to ball, it was a lot of fun.”

Now he is in the NFL combination to show people that there is no golf between him and cam ward and Shedur Sanders. But that is for the media that you can talk about and the teams can decide.

“Look, there are many people who say many different things, so I'm not trying to tie my head into something like that,” said Dart. “I am someone who is process -oriented. I only want to take it one day after the other. This was a dream for me since I was a little child to be in this position in which I am today. I really only try to improve. I know if I can control things that I can control, everything is not even nervous.”

General Manager Joe Schoen said at the beginning of the week that he wanted to combine a young quarterback with a veteran. How would dart deal with it?

“I've never sat on the bench,” said Dart. “That would definitely be an adaptation early, but I don't think that's a bad thing. I think it is something that you can go into a situation and learn as much as possible. Often when you are in this situation or play behind an experienced quarters that has a lot of success, and only a lot of sound that is the most over the quarter. Patrick mahomes.

If this opportunity finally goes hand in hand with the Giants, the mileage would be reset to 57,023 yards.
