Elon Musk, the billionaire behind Tesla and SpaceX, is known for his deep passion for technology and innovation. However, this passion may not always be the best icebreaker – especially on a first date. In a video from an old interview, Musk remembered an amusing anecdote from his college years, in which he asked his date an unusual opening question: “Have you ever think of electric cars?”
According to Musk, this conversation line has not proven to be successful, but years later he hit the woman again and reminded him of the moment. Since then, history has gained traction on social media and has aroused curiosity about Musk's early years, his personal life and his unshakable enthusiasm for electric vehicles.

Elon Musk's unconventional question on the first date

During his college years, Musk went a date on which his main conversation topic was electric cars. He said about experience, he admitted to “It wasn't a winning discussion.” Later he met the same woman again and he reminded him of his opening question, who did not speak well at that time. “She told me that I asked her first if you ever think of electric cars? '” Musk remembered and laughed at the incident.
Although the question was not impressed at the time, Musk humorously noticed that this question could possibly have a different impact in view of the success of Tesla and the widespread introduction of electric vehicles.
