Epic nightmare – Park Record

I wanted to write to warn the readers of a recent problem with an epic passport in my family.

My wife, two children and I have been in Park City Mountain for many years. Last week we had a nightmare situation that led to additional ticket costs and enormous time supply costs to try to find a solution without success.

Here is what happened:

We had three other couples in the city who were skiing for the week. On the third day, when my wife was on the mountain, she received an e -mail that told her that someone used her passport or tried to use access to the mountain. The attempt was made on the Canyon's page where she hadn't taken up all season. The e -mail continued that their passport had been deactivated and their only way was to buy day tickets for the rest of the season.

Since we knew that her passport had never left its own, we knew that this had to be a confusion and that we could probably solve it in a ticket window at the base area. Boy, we were wrong!

In the next three days we spent hours in the Town Lift -Ticket window every morning and in the basic area ticket window, only to tell that there is no one to help us solve the problem.

We called every number on the Vail and Park City websites, spent hours in the queue for hours and spoken to operators, and again nobody could find a solution. We were informed of both telephone operators and by employees of the ticket window that the only way to solve this problem [email protected].

At this point, from February 23, we sent seven separate e -mails to this address and received no answer from March 4, when I write. In the meantime, we always pay more than 200 US dollars when my wife Park City Mountain Ski.

I do not intend to speculate about the frequency or about how this type of situation could happen, but we have certainly evaluated all of our options for skiing in future seasons. I hope that readers can use this story to make more sound decisions about where to ski.

I will probably not spend my money in places where there are no managers or decision-makers of the upper level that can help to solve ticketing mixes.
