A discussion of the law enforcement authorities after the death of an animal pig led to charges for a man from Erie County on Friday evening.

Concord, NY – An examination of the law enforcement authorities after the death of an animal pig led to charges for a man from Erie County.

It all started on Friday from 10 p.m. from a veterinary hospital to the Sheriff office of the Erie County. The call concerned 50-year-old Marc Reszka from Concord, who called the hospital “in an angry state after shooting a pet pig through a firearm,” said a sheriff.

A welfare check followed at the address of Reszka in the Springville-Boston Road. The officials said that Reszka seemed to be torn and angry, and they watched “a significant number of dripped drops and blood line on the floor”.

Officers later found a dead pig in a garbage bag in the entrance. They also saw 11 firearms in a clear view.

“Reszka has an active protection order that realizes that it should give up all firearms,” said the Sheriff's office.

When they tried to place reszka in handcuffs, the sheriff's office pushed the officers open and ran towards the forest. They said that he had ignored several warnings that he could be tasked if he didn't stop running.

Officers Tased Reszka, who fell to the ground. He was brought to the Bertrand Chaffee Hospital for evaluation. After his release, Reszka was brought to the Erie County Holding Center, where he was recorded.

The charges of Reszka include two cases of criminal use of a firearm, a colored criminal possession of a weapon.
