77-year-old David Harrison Broadbent was charged with two rape cases before the 4th district court on Wednesday, a crime of the first degree.

In 2022, 94 women submitted a lawsuit against the doctor and claimed that they were sexually attacked while he received medical care from Broadbent, and he made insulting, insulting and inappropriate comments, conducted unnecessary intimate exams and used his hands to touch them in sensitive areas for his satisfaction, and if it was not necessary.

Broadbent gave up his license to practice after the lawsuit had been submitted. However, the 4th district judge Robert C. Lunnen dismissed the lawsuit three months later and explained that the allegations should be part of a medical misconduct and that he had no responsibility for the problems addressed.
