Evening edition: Criminal transfers that are taken into account in USAID waste

USAID has been under the microscope with allegations of waste and abuse for weeks. Now USAD heads Peter Marocco is considering “making several criminal transfers to the doj” in terms of waste, fraud, abuse and accounting obligation with the government agency. Hundreds of Foreign Ministry and the USA have written to Foreign Minister Marco Rubio and claims that it undermines the US leadership.
