On the Seniors' Day, the Lady Vols fell into an early hole and lost against Georgia72-69.

It is difficult to make an opening speech after this performance because you still want your seniors, you still want to give you the recognition that you earn. I love her. I appreciate her. I am grateful that you are changing my life and are nearby every day. So you just have to go out of the game and the last time you enjoy at home that you have with you.

I know nothing more than you know. I know that she rolled her ankle and I haven't seen her since then.

We have to come up with something because we have a day preparation. We have a day of training before we take to the streets and have to try to play out of it.

Senior Day, I wanted the focus on the focus. I wanted the focus to be at stake. I didn't want too many feelings to go in and I wanted to give our seniors what they earn, which is a little more time. They are summarized in five minutes before the game if they do it before the game. And if you have eight seniors, you can't really do it as you want to do.

It did. It is very disappointing that we came out as we did today. Incredibly disappointing, that was our answer.

I think it was a combination of things and it is the same old story. We couldn't score, but we didn't get any stops. We would have done well if we had just got a stop, but we let her go to a hot start and just couldn't score at the back.

We played in the third as we played. The ball went a little better into the hole. Still not great, but we only had better efforts. We had players on the floor who would make us trouble. We will do what we had to do. And then play back in the fourth quarter. And we couldn't do it, we would play, but we would not get a stop and some blown covers right down there that really hurt us.

I think it's really good when you trust your team and have a deep team. And I thought Avery (Strickland) did a really good job to just improve something and give us something, play hard, and that was huge for us because I don't even know that the game is close today without them.

It feels like regression. I don't necessarily know that we see something else. I just think we may look like the old USA. The USA from the beginning of the year.

I think it has a focus. I think it has to do with our preparation for this game, we were all locked up. It was that we all concentrated on it. And I think if you come towards the end of the year, people may concentrate on the wrong things.

I mean, this is a different situation in which the players know what they expect more than I do. And here their seniors and the players who were previously here are really important.
