Experts provide insights into changes in criminal law in two -day workshops

Nagpur: A 2-day workshop on New criminal lawWith the title BNS, BNSS, BSA & Protection of women against sexual harassment act-2013was organized on February 27th to 28th by the South East Central Railway Protection Force in cooperation with the Post-Graduate Teaching Department (PGTD) by LAW from Nagpur University. The event was carried out under the direction of Munawar Khursheed, General Inspector Cum Chief Security Commissioner, RPF, SCR, Bilaspur, and Deep Chandra Arya, Division Security Officer, RPF, Secret, Nagpur,.
The main guest of the workshop was Vishwajit N, chief workshop manager RPF, Motibagh and Payal Thaorey, Hod, PGTD of Law, Nu was the guest of honor. The event was also used by Smita Acharya, director IQAC, NU. Experts from Nagpur University, including Vijayata Uikey, Shikha Gupa and Richa Kochhar, were the spokesman for the seminar.
On February 27, Shikha Guppa, a Faculty of PGTD of Law, gave a lecture on Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 and the protection of women against sexual harassment act-2013. On February 28, Dr. Vijayata Uikey (PGTD of Law) A lecture on Bharatiya Sakshya adhiniyam (BSA) 2023, while Richa Kochhar (ex-Judge, WBJS and Faculty at PGTD of LAW) change the key to the change in the change Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS).
The workshop provided detailed insights into changes in the criminal law, their definitions and their effects. The meetings were interactive, whereby the participants sought conversations and sought to clarify the experts. Arya later honored the guests with souvenirs and expanded his gratitude. It was also announced to carry out future seminars on other legal topics such as cyber laws, forest laws, consumption tax laws, human trafficking and forensics.
The workshop took part in officials and employees of the RPF headquarters Nagpur, Bilaspur, Raipur Division and regional headquarters Bilaspur. Over 70 participants received valuable insights into the newly introduced laws.
