Explore, discover and declare your main subject on the Major Discovery Day


In cooperation with student life and leadership and the associated students, the Fullerton College 5 will organize the advisory department.TH Annual Major Discovery Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, on the Quad campus.

The Major Discovery Day, which is previously referred to as Major Declaration Day, offers students an exclusive opportunity to explore the diverse selection of academic disciplines and majors at the Fullerton College. This interactive event enables students to make well -founded decisions about their academic future and at the same time receive the essential support of faculties, consultants and campus services.

During the entire event, the students can ask questions about majors, receive instructions on educational plans and even change their main compartment on the same day. Faculty members from different departments will be present to contact potential students and provide insights into the majors and courses that they teach. Students can also meet with consultants to take into account requirements for academic options, transmission and final requirements and to explore a number of final and certificate programs.

There will be a resource fair with programs on campus and student clubs as well as a career exploration workshop to help undecided students assess their interests. In addition, two guest speakers present workshops:

  • CSUUF College of Business and Economics Informationally Workshop
    • Host: Noel Quiñones, deputy director of college access and transitions for public relations, recruitment and orientation at CSUF
    • Time: 11 a.m. – noon
    • Location: Cruz Reynoso Hall, room 224
  • Explore your future with AI workshop
    • Host: Gary Graves, Professor Fullerton College
    • Time: Lunch – 12:30 p.m.
    • Location: Cruz Reynoso Hall, room 224

The big day of discovery also includes food, games, a chance drawing and the opportunity to establish meaningful connections to the campus community.
