According to reports, law enforcement officers have exposed the perpetrators who ordered fictional marriages for men in March to 2024 who were liable for military service in order to obtain mobilization for a fee.

The perpetrators, including employees of the local civil registry offices, were looking for women with disabilities to register fictional marriages with conscripts who wanted to avoid the service in the armed forces

In addition, the criminals spent excesses from military service after the program. This also gave the “clients” the right to travel outside of Ukraine after war law.

Afterwards, the employees of the civil registry office gave incorrect information into the state register because a fake court separation saving about the dissolution of marriages between people who are liable for military service and women with disabilities. The cost of such “services” was between $ 10 and $ 15,000.

The police carried out a number of search queries in the residences and offices of the accused. Data storage devices, originals and copies of fake documents on marriage and divorce certificates, copies of incoming documentation protocols were confiscated

Two participants in the system were suspected in the article of the Ukraine Criminal Code. The examination of the preliminary proceedings continues.
