The scholarship program is offered at nine Colleges and universities in Florida, including at the University of Florida and Florida State University, and was admitted under state law, Johnson added.

The letter calls for data on the McKnight program, including advertising materials and the number of scholarship participants classified by breed and national origin.

Another 45 schools should violate title IV by with “The Ph.D. Project ”, an organization that pretends to get doctoral students an insight into obtaining a Ph.D. And Networking opportunities, but limits the authorization based on the racing of the participants. A school supposedly operated a program that the students separated according to breed.

The campaign on Friday was the second time this week that the Title IV rules department called, which prohibits discrimination due to breed, ethnicity or national origin.
