On arrival, the crews found all windows and doors open in a two -story free house.

They found a fire in the basement that stretched to the first floor of a free house, Matt McClain, fire chief of Districton District, told Newent Center 7.

“Every time we get such a free house, we always think of home staff or homeless people inside,” he said. “We quickly completed our search queries and have not found any victims inside.”

Due to the open windows and doors, arson investigators were called to the scene, explained McClain.

“You will inquire with the neighbors whether you can get film material from some houses of the neighbors,” he added.

McClain said that if you have information, contact the Dayton Fire Department at (937) 333-4500.
