Florida Lottery Director advertises BRIGHT FUTURES scholarships

It was said that knowledge is power and the Florida lottery would like to enable the students of state students with the advantages of university formation.

Recently, John F. Davis, Lottery Secretary of Florida, the Education Commissioner Manny Diaz Jr. of the State of the Amos P. Godby High School in Tallahasee arrived in Tallahasee as part of the “Keep Floridas Future Bright” initiative.

There they talked about the possibilities that are available through the Bright Futures scholarship program to increase the participation of the students. The students received information about the registration requirements, scholarship levels and various post -client programs on which the scholarships in Florida Bright Futures can be applied.

“Education is the key to opening up opportunities, and every student in Florida should know that his future is limitless,” said Davis. “With the” Keep Floridas Future Bright “initiative, we ensure that the students understand that a better future, whether in college or in a technical career, is within reach.”

The Florida Bright Futures program, founded in 1997, was fully financed by the Florida Lottery. Since its foundation, the program has granted more than a million scholarship prices.

The “Bright Futures in Florida” program offers four scholarships: the Florida Academic scholarship, the Florida Medallion scholarship, the Florida Gold Seal Cape scholarship and the Florida Gold Seal Vocational scholarship.

Current seniors and students who are aiming for state financial support for the school year 2025-26 must apply by August 31, 2025.
