Footy the Reno Police Football on Renown Bodycam Feature

The Reno Police Department published video material on February 9th in the renowned Regional Medical Center with several officials.

According to the video, the Sparks police had asked Reno to help with the arrest of Kupa'a Ke'a, 31, who was suspected of beating a woman with a weapon in a case of domestic violence. The woman was brought to the hospital with serious injuries.

The Sparks police said Reno that Ke'a was armed, murderous and suicidal.

The Reno police discovered the suspect's black SUV in the streets Ninth and Montello and tried to cover him. Ke'a fled and a chase followed, according to the video.

According to the video, Ke'a directed several red lights and switched between cars before driving through the parking lot to renown. He searched around Mill Street at the Mill and Ryland Street intersection and then on the Kirman Avenue.

Ke'a drove a second time to the parking lot, where he waved his hand outside the window.

Several pedestrians were in the area.

“I don't like this here. There are many people,” says a female officer in the video.

The officers capture the SUV at the second -door entrance to the emergency room of the emergency room and asked Ke'a to go out with their hands.

“Hold your hands where I can see her, otherwise I will shoot her,” a male officer shouts on the driver's side of the vehicle with his weapon.

An officer drove that the suspect had a gun. Several shots were fired by the police for at least four seconds. The officers then went to the vehicle, broke into the glass and, according to the video, called a weapon of Ke'as possession.

“F —, his finger in the gun. It's in his right hand,” says an officer in the video.

A pistol was handed over to the other officers in the video and Ke'a was pulled out of the vehicle.

He was taken to the hospital for several gunshot wounds, but declared dead on February 15th. No officers were injured in the incident.

Reno's police said that the shootout was still examined by the Sheriff office of the Washoe County, and the officials involved were transferred to the administrative vacation while carrying out the examination.
