For the National Cereal Day, a brewery in Huber Heights 3 starts with muesli -infused beers

  • Large balloons (a Milkshake -ipa by strawberry and pineapple with fruity pebbles that offer tropical and creamy joy)
  • We made it a mixcake (the chocolate chocolate of the brewery, which was infused with peanut butter -cap'n crunch – mixes a rich cocoa with nutty sweetness)
  • Everything black everything (a breakfast that is infused with cinnamon -toast -crunch -crunch -waffel -müsli and is packed with warm cinnamon and maltic Maple quality)

This is not the first time that Alematical craftsmen ales beer infected with muesli. In March 2019, a little more than a month after its opening, it celebrated its first event.

“We wanted to be a little fun and do something unexpected to imagine the community,” said Mike Molick, who belongs to the brewery with Jerrod Fisher and Greg Cason. “How could you make a better way than combine two things that love people – Craft Beer and their favorite muesli from childhood?”

The process of infusing beer with muesli is pretty simple. You take a barrel, fill it with beer and add a generous portion of your favorite muesli.

“Then we let the magic happen when the beer absorbs all of these nostalgic flavors and turns it into something completely unique,” said Molick. “Depending on the muesli, it can improve the beer notes or take it in a completely unexpected direction.”

Molick's favorite part in creating new beers is to imagine all the wild taste combinations that they can create.

“Every time we carry out an infusion, it is like a new experiment to find out which aromas will complement the beer or take it in a completely unexpected direction,” said Molick.
