Former director of Bradford County EMC Suing 911; Criminal charges submitted against the former EMC

The former coordinator of Bradford County's emergency management, which was recently charged due to the harassment and persecution of the district's 911 director, sued his former boss for alleged slander and negligence.

According to the daily review, Jeffrey A. Rosenheck filed the lawsuit on February 28th in front of the Bradford County Court on February 28thTHJust a few days before he was charged with Stalking 911 director Robert Repasky.

Rosenheck was charged after he had contacted Repasky several times despite repeated warnings.

Bradford County Detectives said Rosenheck threatened Repasky from August 7th to September 6th last year.

In his complaint, Rosenheck asks the court to remove Repasky due to negligence and breach of duty as 911 director.

He is also looking for 5,000 US dollars for pain and suffering, intellectual fear and loss from reputation damage and money for legal costs. For the South Creek Ambulance Association for Lost Business, another 5,000 US dollars are sought due to the alleged inappropriate shipping.

The 911 director is also accused of having instructed the dispatcher, not talking to Rosenheck after his resignation as an EMC on August 9th.

Repasky is accused of grabbing and discriminatory comments on Rosenheck's Jewish religion during his employment, which includes his time as an emergency management coordinator from 2021 to 2024 and earlier work as a 911 dispatcher.

Rosenheck also expressed concerns about sending South Creek Ambulance Association about operative and broadcasting actions in which Rosenheck worked as an ambulance captain after resigning as an EMC.

The topics included the alleged failure of the 911 center to send the advanced life support for a motor vehicle accident and to send the closest unit that South Creek was, to several calls in the area of ​​mutual aid.

The lawsuit states that Repasky did not react to the concerns.
