Ft. Recovery announces the hiring of a new football coach – Stateline Sports Network

Explanation of the Southwest District about football coach:

Fort Recovery Local Schools is pleased to announce the attitude of our new Varsity football coach and teacher, Mr. Wesley Wenning. Mr. Wenning is a graduate of the Fort Recovery High School 2016 and member of the State Championship soccer team of the 2015 district. In 2020, he completed the Ashland University with a degree in special education and in 2023 received his master's degree in educational management at the Youngstown State University.

His experience includes playing football in a collegial manner, while he is visiting Ashland University in the last four seasons and is working in the Archbishop Hoban High School in Akron in the coaching and teachers. The district is looking forward to welcoming him to Fort Recovery again and is looking forward to the upcoming opportunities for our students and athletes.
