The God is a horror mod from Dreglr and published on Cureeforge on February 13, 2025. This extremely fundamental but interesting mod simply adds 24 different events that players can experience while playing in a regular survival world. The mod also adds a karma bar with 100 to 0.

All events aim to scare or kill players. Some can be boys scares with screams and disturbing pictures that flash on the screen, while other creepy entities that emerge in the world and hunt players.

The frequency of these terrible events is determined by the number of karma players. A karma -bar appears at the top left and starts from 100 when the players emerge for the first time in a new world. The karma will go under when players kill innocent passive mobs such as farm animals, villagers, etc. It can also increase when players fight enemy mobs.

When the karma goes to zero, the players have been running or survival since the god anywhere, a hidden figure that will continue to watch over the players all the time, will finally appear terrible and kill. The God is represented as a four -wing figure with a massive rotating block in the middle. The texture of the block has a terrible, wide eyeball that approaches the player.

How to download the God mod for Minecraft

Follow these steps to download the mod for Minecraft:

1. Download the Forge Modding API and install it. Make sure you download the modding -API for game version 1.20.1, as this is the latest game version that the God Mod supports from now on.
2. Visit the Curseforge website and search for the god -mod. Also download the geckolib that is a support mod for the main mod.
3. Find and load the Mod file on the product page of the mod, which should be compatible with 1.20.1.
4. Copy and add both mod files to the “Mods” folder and insert them that are available in the Minecraft main directory. For me that would be C: \ User \ Admin \ Appdata \ Roaming \ .Minecraft.
5. Open the official player and look for the modified version of Forge 1.20.1.

How to play the Gottmod for Minecraft

As soon as you have installed the Forge Modding API and all mods correctly, open the game and enter a world to enjoy the mod.

As already mentioned, be careful with your karma in this specific world. Try not to kill many innocent mobs, otherwise you will experience all the terrible events that go hand in hand with the mod. Create a harvest arm and switch to a vegetarian diet to avoid killing innocent farm animals. Also try to combat frequent enemy mobs to avoid the anger of entity.

If you want to experience all these creepy scenes on purpose, of course kill a unit on your way and quickly reduce your karma from 100 to 0.

The mod also offers the option of removing the karma rod from the upper left corner. Players can easily enter this command to remove or add the Carry bar:

Note that the game recognizes this as a command and that the world must activate commands to switch this function.
