Funeral arrangements that were killed for officers at UPMC shooting; Published autopsy results

The West York Borough police authority has published the burial arrangements defined for Andrew Duarte, the fallen officer who was killed during a mass shooting in the UPMC Memorial Hospital. This is how the Coroner from York County published its autopsy results.

Officer Duarte was shot by the shooter, identified as a Diogenes Archangel Ortiz, which attacked the UPMC Memorial on February 22. Officer Duarte died at 12.19 p.m. in the Wellspan York Hospital due to his injuries. The cause of death was officially ruled as ballistic injuries to the torso, whereby, according to the forensic doctor's report, the way he was murder is.

The police in the city of West York stated that on February 28th in the Living Word Community Church in the Capon Horn Road 2530 a funeral service for the fallen officer will be held. The services should start at 1:00 p.m.

The police authority has applied for the following due to capacity restrictions in the church:

  • Open seats for family, friends, sworn in law enforcement authorities, dignitaries and special guests start at 9:00 a.m.
  • Civil population groups and non -lifting law enforcement agencies are encouraged to observe the service via the live stream available here.
  • Saving for law enforcement agencies in the church's auditorium are given to all police officers of York County, Denver, Co -Police Officials, Ocean City, MD Police and their families.
