In order to check the results, the candidates must enter the ID/e -Mail -ID of the registration, followed by password.

In particular, Gate 2025 Scorecards will be available for download from March 28 to May 31, 2025.

Gate 2025 was carried out in the computer-based test (CBT) on February 1, 2, 16, 16, 16, 2025. The exam was carried out in two sessions – the morning session took place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the afternoon session took place from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

There were three types of questions: Multiple -Choice questions (MCQS), several selection questions (MSQS) and numerical answer type (NAT).

Iit Roorkee then published the preliminary response key 2025 on February 27 and closed the opposition window on March 1.

Subject experts checked the feedback sent by the candidates and revised the final response key if the objections were found valid.
