GBI arrested Georgia Mann after examining sexual assault

Blairsville – A man from Georgia was arrested and charged by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation after an investigation into sexual assault.

The GBI arrested and accused Michael Warren, 34 years old, from Blairsville, Georgia, with rape, heavy sodomy and sexual battery.

On Sunday, February 16, 2025, the office of the Sheriff of the Union County received a report in which Warren sexually attacked someone. The Union County's office requested the GBI for support.

After an investigation of the details of the report, the GBI Warren arrested on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Warren was employed as a HLK technician at Union County at the time of his arrest.

Warren was instructed to the Union County Detention Center, where he is still a dish.
