George Pickens, Sam Darnold under Fantasy football losers during 2025 NFL Free Agency

The 2025 The NFL new season had a quick start, starting with the big trades in which DK Metcalf went to the Steelers and Geno Smith, went to Las Vegas. We also saw how Davante Adams ended up with the Rams in Los Angeles, and Sam Darnold has set up a big deal to become the new start quarters in Seattle.

All fantasy analyzes can be found here.

While there are still some big names on the market, things have slowed down a bit. So let's take a look at the fantasy value of the player due to the signing of a new team, trade or draft share of a new player due to the addition of a new player.

Sam Darnold, QB, Seahawks: After Darnold fought in the NFL between the New York Jets, Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers over his first six years, he became a career high of 307.9 fantasy points and took ninth place last season under the quarterbacks. I think his success was the result of the system of head coach Kevin O'Connell, not to mention Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison and TJ Hockenson. In Seattle Bode the crime and the talent around him not good to duplicate his sums of 2024.

George Pickens, WR, Steelers: Pickens is one of the biggest losers in the off -season when the Steelers exchanged against DK Metcalf and metcalf gave a massive contract of $ 150 million. This is Alpha, No. 1 recipient money, and it has moved picke in the deep card in second place and second place in relation to the projected goals in the passing game of the Steelers. We are still not sure who the quarterback will be next season, but Pickens has nevertheless lost the draft value.

Anthony Richardson, QB, Colts: How quickly the fantasy football value of a player can change! A year ago, Richardson passed from a potential breakout player to someone who now has to compete to keep his starting job. The Colts signed Daniel Jones for a one-year contract and reports that the team will hold an open competition for the start-quarterback spot. I would still expect AR to appear, but with Jones in the mix there is much more uncertainty.

Jalen McMillan, WR, Buccaners: McMillan was an absolute fantasy star last season and scored over 16 points in each of his last five games of the regular season. Of course, this came after Chris Godwin lost due to an injured ankle. Godwin, who decides to take less money to stay in Tampa Bay, will violate McMillan's statistical ceiling. I still like the talent, but he has lost part of his gloss.

Hollywood Brown, WR, Chiefs: Brown will return to Kansas City with a one-year contract for $ 11 million. He hardly played last season and missed most of the year after an injury before the season. He will probably be behind Rashee Rice, Travis Kelce and Xavier, which is worthy in the chopping order of Targets, but that could change if rice and/or worthy facial discipline for problems outside the field. Nevertheless, Brown will have difficulty being a reliable fantasy option, even with the passage of the chiefs.

Mike Söchi, Te, Bengals: Geicki returned to Cincinnati with a contract for three years and $ 25.5 million. Last season he had 65 catches, 665 yards and 141.5 fantasy points. That was good enough to finish as a TE13. It will stay in designs on the Radar Te2, but the blanket of Geickis is still limited with Ja'marr Chase and Tea Higgins on the offensive.

Rico Dowdle, RB, Panthers: Dowdle, a 1,000 Yard rusher from one season, signed a one-year contract with Carolina. The Panthers do not have Jonathon Brooks (knee) next season and they cut miles, so that Dowdle serves as No. 2 of the team behind the incumbent starter Chuba Hubbard. As a result, Dowdle can expect a strong decline in touch and fantasy value next season.

Juwan Johnson, Te, Saint: Johnson will return to New Orleans with a three-year contract for $ 30.75 million. It is a lot of money to pay an average NFL -nappy end, at least if you look at your career numbers. The saints still have Taysom Hill and Foster Moreau, so that Johnson hardly affects the offensive of the new head coach Kellen Moores.

Deandre Hopkins, WR, Ravens: Hopkins, who is now in the season at the age of 33, signed the Ravens. He has had a 2024 campaign, in which his numbers decreased all by all, because in his six games with Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, he achieved average fewer than seven fantasy points. In Baltimore he will be the third or fourth place for destinations for destinations behind Zay Flowers, Mark Andrews and maybe Rashod Bateman. At this point, Hopkins is hardly worth a look in the late rounds of most 2025 fantasy designs.

Darius Slayton, WR, Giants: Slayton will return to New York with a three-year contract of $ 36 million. It is a nice offer for a broad recipient who has never received more than 50 catches or 770 heter in a single season. He will continue to start with the scope of Malik Nabers, but Slayton has no real chance of statistical growth in the passing of the Giants.

Joshua Palmer, WR, bills: Palmer signed a three-year contract for $ 36 million with Buffalo. It is a deep threat that is missing in the Bills passing game, but Palmer was rarely a reliable fantasy option. In Buffalo he will probably start with Khalil Shakir in the slot on the scope of Keon Coleman. The team still has Curtis Samuel, not to mention Dalton Kincaid. It is difficult to expect that Palmer in Buffalo has a great imagination.
