Georgetown Women's Golf takes the 10th place with Daniel Island Invitational

WASHINGTON – After the last 18 action holes, the Georgetown University's Frauengolf team took over the 10th overall at Daniel Island Invitational on Tuesday. With 54 holes, the Hoyas carded a 31-over 895 (295-296-304) on the Par-72, 6.166-Yard-Platz in Daniel Island Golf Club. The College of Charleston organized a 14-team field in South Carolina for over two days, including a quintet of teams that are among the top 50.

How it happened

• Georgia Ruffolo He took first place for the Hoyas after three rounds at 3-over 219 (71-71-77) to make a total of 23. With another 14 pars in the last round, the co-captain closes the tournament with five birdies (03.02.0) and 42 pars (15.13.14).
• Gabriella Eifirg took 35. With a three-round value of 6-over 222 (71-75-76). In the last round she added a few birdies and 11 pars to be eight birdies (6/0/2) and 32 pars (13.08.11).
• Megan Gormley The lowest card in the third round for the Hoyas turned when it ended 54 holes with 8-over 224 (74-75-75), enough to make the 38th place. On the last day, she added a trio of birdies and 11 pars for a tournament for a total of eight birdies (2/3/3) and 33 pars (12.12.11).
• Charlotte Hillary ended the tournament with a tie for the 65th place with 22 to 238 (79-83-76). In their last round there was a few birdies and 11 pars for a total of six birdies (1/2/3) and 32 pars (13/8/11).
• At 24- over 240 (84-75-81), Catherine Qiu 70. Placed in the field. She added a birdie and eight pars on the last day, for a total of two birdies (0/1/1) and 32 pars (November 13th).
