We try to collect money for a lawyer for criminal justice. My husband is accused of fake and theft of a check. He was accused of taking it on July 17, 2019, at that time he was on a load from Oregon to Florida. He is accused of illustrating the check 8/7/2020, at that time he was on a load from Missouri to Illinois. We have the proof that he did not commit himself because he was not in the state (Westmoreland County PA) (picture above). He is a truck driver and we have the documents that show where he was and when. We found out who did it and how they got the identity of my husband's identity. The then rental car employee who picked him up from the car dealership was towed the Semi. The employee happens to be the son of the person who submitted the claim, and at that time was a drug user and on probation (found on the article and on the County Court website). We knew nothing about it until last week when my husband applied for another job to earn more money and be rejected. This is clearly ridiculous that I have to keep a lawyer while I have all the evidence, but the people who did this can only say that he was and not an actual evidence. The lawyer who maintains the fee alone is 11 km. We want to submit a lawsuit and have concluded a fleece after the dismissed of the case. Thank you in advance for any help.
