Patti Roberts compares her gray hair with cotton sweetness. “Most people get wiry, uncontrollable shades of gray, but mine went in the other direction,” she says. “It is now softer and fluffy.” The 58-year-old influencer had to change many things in her routine when she switched from black to gray hair. “This transition was rough, but I love my gray hair so much better,” she says. “I treat my body with my gray hair. I have to stay fit. I no longer wear flowers. You have to be more stylish with gray hair; Because it automatically ages to you, you have to do the opposite. “

Roberts became viral in 2021 because he had created Farrah Fawcett's characteristic hairstyle with gray hair. “I've done my hair since I was 14 years old. If there is one thing I know, I know my hair, ”she says. “I did all hair in college.” She had hip-length hair and a toni braxton-pixie cut after the Scheidel, but her current hair is her favorite length. “With this length, if I want it to be flat or full, rolled up or natural,” she explains, “I can take some looks out of it.”

The day before: The washing day for me begins the day before. When people ask me what I use, it really depends on what my hair needs. (If I ask you what you will eat, you won't tell me the same thing every evening. The same applies to the hair conditioner. I put a deep conditioner in, sit down in the steam bath or in the sauna in the gym and leave it about 20 Irrite for minutes.

11:30 a.m.: I start my scalp at first. I always have a scalp massager in my hand. Vegamour is the scalp and hair serum that I love. Donna's recipe, this hair oil she has is so good. It has peppermint, rosemary and green tea; It has all the things that wake up all pores on their scalp. Your follicles will dance up there.

Midday: Then I wash my hair with a detox shampoo like one of K18. I detoxify every time I wash it because gray hair is like a white couch. When my hair was dark and thick, whatever an urgent comb over this constant wave happened to me, it didn't matter. Now even the water from the shower is harmful. So if I do not use a filter, the minerals are stored and start to color. Then I use a purple shampoo from L'Oréal; It is a pale lavender color. The false purple shampoo dyes my hair purple because it is gray and most purple shampoos are made for blondes. I don't know why you don't have any gray hair. And my hair turns yellow when I don't use purple shampoo. My favorite purple shampoo is Olaplex. Olaplex gets a bad reputation. For me it is like alcohol: If you use it, how to use it responsibly, you have a good time. It is not designed so that it is left.

12:10 p.m.: I make a light conditioner from Olaplex or K18. When I wash my body and face, the conditioner sits for 15 minutes.

12:25 p.m.: I rinse it out with cold water. If it is winter, this is probably TMI, but I will convert the shower into cold, lie in the bathtub and just walk cold water over the hair and hold it so that it does not run down my body.

12:30 p.m.: I put on a slip -satin turban that doesn't snap on the hair and runs around for 20 to 30 minutes. I get my lotion and skin care.

12:50 p.m.: I share my hair into three sections to dry. Now that my hair is gray, I use less warmth and I spray in four or five heat protection agents. I always say that my hair is moisture-resistant because I use several products in my flow-dry routine. I go from the lightest to the hardest and starting with Redken Extreme Anti-Snap. Then I go inside with a 10 miracle. I use two layers of silk elements olive spray. Then I use a serum: John Frieda Frizz Easy, Olaplex No. 7 or Vegamour. I put everything slightly on my hands and then spread it through.

14 o'clock: I will divide my hair into three sections to dry my hair. Now that it is gray, I use less warmth. I will spray four or five heat protection products. I always say my hair is moisture -resistant because I use a number of products in my thong routine. I go from the easiest to the heaviest thermal insulation formula. I start with Redken Anti-Snap. Then I go inside with a 10 miracle; I don't use that all the time. I use two layers of silk elements olive oil; This bottle is old and tossed because it is used. Then I then use a serum, John Freida Frizz Ease, Vegamour or Olaplex No. 7; I will use three drops of it. I put everything slightly on my hands and then spread it through. (I hate the color WoW dream coat because it contains silicone. I avoid it. It's like polishing your hair with a clear polish, I can feel as my hair coated, and that's gross.)

8 p.m.: After I washed my hair and either out that night or the next day, I will iron it flat or roll it; If it wants to wave, I will throw in a few waves. As soon as I do that, I will no longer have any warmth on my hair by next week. I like the Drybar paddle brush.

9 p.m.: When my hair is ruffled, I can twist it in a knot and go to bed. I use the slip silk cushion cover. My hairdresser has her own bonnets that I use. If you go to Marshalls and get a bonnet, you may receive a good one or you will receive a trash. I change them so often because I go to bed with oils. In order not to create a germal, I turn it out every three or four days. The next day there is the easiest way to refresh my hair, turn it around and carry out my fingers – it is pretty and has volume. I just bought two more bottles of the Vegamour -Delimated repair oil and I put a few drops of it on my hair all day.

When maintaining your hair through training: I pull my hair back and wear a hat. It is from ponyflo. The hat is lined and has a hole in the back so that it basically works as a welding tape. I train about three times a week.

On hair growth and nutritional supplements: I get cladding every six to eight weeks. I am very careful with dandruff and serums to stimulate growth and scalp. I took Nutrafol for a growth cycle and it is okay, but it wasn't my preference to take four pills a day. I have just switched to Viviscal, for which two tablets are required every day. I took it for 30 days and I like it so far. I will always take dietary supplements. I don't care what it is. I have been doing this for health reasons since I was in my 20s in my 20s. I will go to the health business and ask if you have something I don't use. The last time the sales employee recommended Silica. They put about 15 drops in their water and it doesn't taste like anything.
