On Friday, March 14th, around 4 p.m., the firefighters reacted in the Ridge apartments in the 17900 block of the Garden Lane for a reported fire.

There they saw smoke from the building and tenants who escaped the property after a fire alarm had been selected.

Witnesses informed the deputy firefighters that Hough had barricaded himself in the building's rental office.

While he was locked up in the office, Hough informed the officials that she broke out a sea before the fire.

The investigators discovered that Hough had deliberately removed several fire extinguishers from the building before the incident.

Hough was finally arrested at the crime scene without incidents. It is currently being recorded without a bond.
