Haskell parents who are charged in court of the Muscogee Nation after the video shows a child outside the shoe in a frozen cold

After an examination of the video, the Attorney General of Muscogee Nation, in which a young girl outside in the ice -cold weather, only wears pajamas and no shoes, submitted an offense against Kaytlin Fultz.

The video that was posted online shows the girl who screams that she is cold and wants to get in. Haskell's police say the child lives with foster parents at the time, and has been removed from the house since then.

The mother told the Haskell police, who also examined the case and recommended charges against Kaytlin and her husband Andrew that the girl had “reset” herself outside.

Charge and court proceedings

After an investigation, the public prosecutor's office of Muskogee County submitted charges against Kaytlin Fultz and Andrew Fultz on Monday, February 24th.

Kaytlin and Andrew handed over the authorities to Muskogee County on Tuesday. A judge dismissed Kaitlyn Fultz and decided that the state has no responsibility because she is a tribal citizen.

The couple resulted in the authorities on Wednesday evening.

While Kaytlin Fultz is charged in front of the tribal court, the indictment for muscoge County remains against her husband Andrew Fultz, who surrounded himself and grows up immediately. When he was asked from news to 6 after the case when he left prison, he did not answer.
