The petent called for the communication of October 15, 2024 to be published by the state government and cited the public prosecutor in accordance with Section 321 of the CRPC, 43 cases that were submitted in various police stations.

“It is observed that the public prosecutor must apply his opinion to the facts of the case before Section 321 of the CRPC before section 321 of the CRPC without being exposed to an external influence. The public prosecutor cannot act like a postbox that deals with the state government's dictations,” added the bank.
“The advocate of the petent has justified a report that the government triggered its dictations to the public prosecutor in order to order the withdrawal of cases before law enforcement, which is clearly triggered by ยง 321 CRPC, and the law that was determined by the Supreme Court and the deduction of the law.
