Trend stories:

“Until we have separated and moved around, it becomes smoldering. We are now talking to each other, ”said Botkin's fire chief Tom Glass.

The fire was called to the department for the first time around 6 p.m., said Glass. The call came from police chief Mark Jordan, who noticed that smoke came out of the building when he drove past.

“Bring four departments on my way to the fire immediately,” said Glass. “And I demand a second alarm because the heavy black smoke comes from the structure.”

At the time of the fire there were no workers in the building.

The General Manager of Boomerang Rubber, Bobby Brush, says that they don't know how much damage there is.

Boomerang rubber is a recycling system, says Pinsel.

“We transform them into Pickup truck bed mats, mud flaps and agricultural products,” said Pinsel.

Pinsel says he was grateful that the fire was not worse.

“I feel better now because I have the full report. It was isolated, ”said Pinsel.

Feuerer investigators say that they will return to Boomerang rubber in the morning to continue their examination of the fire.
