High -voltage drama about the body survey of the lawyers, the results declared without coordination without voting “

The elections of the District Bar Association (DBA) in Karnal were chaotic on Friday, as contradictory factions about the voting process. A group that was led by the incumbent DBA President, Gopal Chauhan, postponed the elections and appointed a new returnee (RO) for new planning, while another faction under Lawyer Vinay Bansal, which was appointed RO by the Punjab and Haryana lawyer.

The turbulence began due to a complaint against the outgoing DBA President, lawyer Sandeep Choudhary, about the funds for the building of the chambers of expansion. The Punjab and Haryana lawyers' council banned him for three years. Although Choudhary questioned the judgment before the Procinary Council council of India and temporarily won his right to beginners, the complainant escalated the matter before the High Court, which confirmed the decision of the Punjab and Haryana municipal council and disqualified him again.

Despite the legal uncertainty, the Punjab and Haryana lawyer appointed the lawyer Vinay Bansal as RO and Advocate Rohit Sharma to monitor the elections. Bansal defended the move and said: “We carried out the elections in accordance with the instructions of the Lawyers' Council. Since there was only one candidate for each contribution, we explained the results.”

According to the results announced by Bansal, Surjeet Singh Mandhan was appointed President, Nitin Bhardwaj Vice President, General Secretary of Nave Kumar Rana and Sangeeta Rani Joint Secretary. The treasurer was left for candidates due to the lack.

The lawyer Gopal Chauhan and his parliamentary group rejected the results and called them a wrong election process and today pursued a general house meeting in the law firm. The meeting supported the shift of elections and appointed the lawyer Munish Lather for fresh surveys. In response to this, the Punjab and Haryana Chauhan's license to go to response.

“During the General House meeting, I appointed a RO and ARO to get elections.

In the meantime, the lawyer Choudhary swore to question the judgment of the Supreme Court of Punjab and Haryana in front of the Supreme Court. “I stand for the decision of the DBA Karnal General House and will fight this case before the APEX court,” he said.

The elections originally planned for February 28 had two presidential candidates – Sandeep Choudhary and Surjit Singh Mandhan – together with several candidates who compete for other positions. However, the DBA Karnal elections have fallen into uncertainty.
