Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City is organizing Healthy Disifications for Adults on February 28th

February is American Heart Month and Hillsborough County Adult Day Care in Plant City and Baycare invite the public to take part in important pension regulations for cardiac health from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 28, 28 February

The day care of Hillsborough County for adults in Plant City offers several heart-health screenings free of charge, including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, weight and body mass index (BMI).

The event is called “Know your numbers”. By knowing their numbers, this can help to evaluate the risk of a person for chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke or diabetes.
