A woman was arrested by the Haryana police on Sunday (March 2, 2025) after a video of her mother, supposedly because of a dispute over the ownership, had become viral. The suspect, a resident of Hisar, was seen in the three -minute video that bite her mother and beat while the older woman asked her to stop.

According to the first information report, the brother of the suspect Amardeep Singh had announced that she was married two years ago and had a son, but stayed with her mother. She had molested her mother to move her house to her name. Mr. Singh continued that the woman put her mother under pressure for selling another house in Kurukshetra for £ 65 Lakh and kept all money. The complainant claimed that he lived in a rented house and was not allowed to meet his mother.
