Home Dept nod has to make an appeal in criminal matters

Panaji: The Public prosecutor must obtain the approval of Home department For the submission of appeals in criminal matters before the district and meeting court, the High Court and the Supreme Court against a judgment according to the statements of the state government.
“The public prosecutor's director takes the necessary steps to apply for the approval of the Ministry of the Interior when submitting appeals or revisions after he received an application from a Distrct superintendent by an investigation officer about the statement or recommendation of a one from an investigation officer Public prosecutorSaid Manthan Naik, Sub-State Secretary (Home-II).
The State Govt has given other powers and functions of the prosecutor, deputy public prosecutor director and deputy public prosecutor's conductor director.
Naik said that the prosecutor carries out monthly and quarterly review meetings with the MPs and assistants as required.
With administrative powers, the public prosecutor's director is required according to another law for an effective administration of the Criminal justice system.
The deputy public prosecutor director must take part in all meetings, including Acquisition assemblies Concerned by the Interior Minister, the Ministry of the Interior, the police commissioner, the deputy general inspector, the superintendent of the police/deputy superintendents of the police, etc.
The deputy public prosecutor director will be the reporting officer in the event of an annual confidential report of the public prosecutor's office of the relevant district.
The GOVT also founded the District Directorate of Acessocctory for both districts with immediate effect.
