Hopkinsville man, who was arrested after months of investigation of the narcotics

Hopkinsville, Ky. (WBKO)-A man was arrested after the anti-crime unit (ACU) of the Christian district of Sheriff Office had carried out a search order last week after a month-long examination of the narcotics.

The 21-year-old Tacorge Coleman was taken into custody shortly before noon after the investigators discovered fentanyl derivatives, drug utensils that were connected to the sale and distribution of fentanyl and a lot of marijuana.

According to the sheriff's office, the authorities also found a small child in the house, which was possibly exposed to these dangerous substances and is a significant risk of the child's safety.

Coleman was charged:

  • Possession of fentanyl derivatives
  • Possession of drug utensils
  • Ownership of marijuana
  • Wanton hazard 1. degree.

He was taken to Christian County's prison.
