These two teams used to be PAC-12 rivals, but the realignment of the conference separated them with the UCLA in the Big Ten and Utah in the Big 12.

The Bruins are 2nd place for the floor exercise, No. 3 for Balance Beam, No. 7 on the safe and No. 9 for unequal bars at the national level and are led by Star Jordan Chiles, who is number 1 in the ground. Chile is also No. 5 on the safe and No. 4 for uneven bars.

UTE's rank number 4 for bars and beams, No. 6 for safe and No. 8 on the floor. The team is from another Olympian, Grace McCallum, which is in bars, No. 7 on Beam, No. 8 in all -round, and No. 17 on the floor no. 1 in the nation.
