How to see 2025 seconds women basketball tournament: seasons, TV channel and more

Dawn Staley and the South Carolina Gamecocks have won eight of the last 10 SEC tournaments. From A'ja Wilson -ära to Aliyah -Boston to today's incarnation, this program has thoroughly dominated the conference for a decade. Of course, the defending national champion can not only take two steps to another trophy. The SEC is currently loading three additional top 10 programs and the country's No. 1 team in Texas.

The Longhorns have not lost since the beginning of January, strengthened by another sublime Madison Booker season and a Taylor Jones block party. LSU has a highly waded “Big Three” and gets bucket with boast. Raegan beers from Oklahoma and Kentucky in Georgia Amoore are playful talents with talented secondary cessions. This year's tournament should ensure an excellent weekend watch.

Paths to victory

(1) South Carolina: The Gamecocks are quick, deep and competent in almost everything that basketball has to do. After the perfect 38:0 championship of last year, this group led the SEC in the Field Goal percentage for And against. Two of their three losses came in elite-not conference looks (UCLA, UCONN), and the four-point L-against Texas was respectable in the enemy, frenzied Moody Center. Their last four wins were all double -digit.

South Carolina has recently been one of the deepest organized basketball teams. It feels like one of eight players can conquer a certain game. In her dominance of Ole Miss on February 27, Chloe Kitts has been in the school's first triple double for four years. Sania Feagin had 22 points and five blocks in this victory.

TE-Hola Paopao is expected to be selected in the first round in the 2025 WNBA design. Joyce Edwards led the team from the bank as a newcomer. And Milaysia Fulwiley is the reigning MVP of the tournament.

(2) Texas: The Longhorns also have a big depth, and their top front square can hit the best of them. Madison Booker is officially the SEC of the year, and Vic Schaefer rightly won the best coaching awards from the conference. However, the strictly Texas was surprisingly pedestrian shots this season and took the 11th percentage in 2 points and the 10th in 3 Series. Rather, it creates separation through hustle and bustle, defense, sales and maximum possessions.

The last 10 opponents were all recorded on 66 or fewer points. The presence of Booker, Jones and incineration plants, Kyla Oldacre, combines an average of almost nine offensive boards per game this season. Booker had almost more steals than sales. Texas' Clamper Rori Harmon will guide the scope. She was an all-Conference defender and ended her four-year Austin route as head of the program in Assist. The Houston-born is a two-way initiator that is created for teammates in set-offensive, but creates breaks with her icy, bullying snack bars. Oh, and sometimes she does something like that:

(3) LSU: The Bayou Bunch lived on the edge this season, which first tried 2-converter, but the 13th behind the arch. They also flourished in the value of second and third chance. Nobody ruled the glass entirely like Aneesah Morrow, who had tracked down most of the rebound in all division I and somehow added 2.5 steals per game. Without Supernova Flau'jae Johnson (Shin), a tournament structure will be far more difficult. In Siegen: 19.7 points per game to 48.4 percent from the field. In the event of losses: 11.7 points, 29.8 percent shoot. Mikaylah Williams will get additional shots while Johnson rests for dance. Due to a coin flip, the tigers are on the same side of the bracket as Texas. Morrow and LSU are one of the few teams that can realistically neally neutralize the greats of the Longhorn.

(4) Kentucky: The wildcats were 10 in the league for 10th, but were fourth in Made 3S. Your chance of an unforgettable March is determined by the jumper. When the Treys fall, Kentucky is positioned for something interesting. They fight with offensive rebound and do not often get to the foul line, so that surprise processes are still evident. The cats juice their starters; All five played at a 12-point loss on Sunday in South Carolina at least 32 minutes. Georgia Amoore, Dazia Lawrence and Amelia Hassett can each appear as a shooter with a high volume. Sophomore Breakout Clara Strack led the conference in blocked shots.

(5) Oklahoma: No SEC team turned the ball like this SOONERS, but they also led the league in gate and pace. Oklahoma has to go beyond the competition to do the unthinkable and to pull these upsets without the “double stay”. Malen presence Raegan Beers had the best shooting share in Division I. Your best addition, Guard Payton horses off, lets it fly out of the area. With a two-star offensive and the ability to create open floor chaos, Jennie Baranczyk's bunch can at least turn marathons and get opponents out of their playing rivers.

Super Sleepers

  • Ole Miss of the seventh seed actually had the third best net rating of the SEC, in front of their rankings in LSU, Kentucky and Oklahoma. The rebels are experienced, with three seniors an average of 11 points per game.
  • Alabama, the sixth seed, shot 39 percent on 3S. On February 27, it had an impressive three-point tour over LSU.
  • Vanderbilt, the last of the single-bye squad, has two certified buckets in Mikayla Blakes and Khamil Pierre, each north of 20 points per game. Shea Ralph and the Commodores were eight in the national offensive evaluation, but on the other end 150.
