Human rights | TUI group

The TUI group is obliged to respect human rights and environmental obligations within their supply chain during global operations.

We consider the protection of human rights to be fundamental. Since 2014 we have been a signatories of the 10 generally recognized principles of the UN global contract in the areas of human rights, labor law, environmental protection and anti-corruption.

We comply with the applicable laws, fulfill internationally recognized obligations in relation to human rights and the environment and ensure that human rights violations and pollution are prevented in the course of our own business activities as well as those of our suppliers and business partners.

In particular, we condemn all forms of child and forced labor, all forms of slavery, all practices that are similar to slavery, and all forms of discrimination that are based on personal characteristics such as national or ethnic origin, social background, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, convictions, political opinion or disability. We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity and that the continuous improvement of diversity and integration in our business is committed.

Our commitment to considering human rights is reflected in our human rights declaration. You can download the separate document on the right. The human rights officer of the TUI group is Mr. Thomas Ellerbeck.

Please note that TUI Deutschland GmbH and Tuifly GmbH have issued separate and adapted guideline statements for legal reasons. These can also be downloaded on the right. Gleb Zabashta is the human rights officer of TUI Deutschland GmbH, while Eva Schlottau has this position at Tuifly GmbH.
