Hurleyville wife was arrested after an examination of a reported stitch

Fallburg – On February 23, 2025, the police department from Fallenburg reacted to a residential building in Hurleyville due to a reported stitch.

A female suspect was arrested when the police arrived when she left the scene. Further studies showed that the male victim had suffered several cuts to his arm. The victim reported that he received the cuts from a butcher knife, which was led by his neighbor, the detained wife Tanyell Burnett.

Burnett was brought to the police headquarters of Fallburg for further police investigations. Burnett was charged with a fourth degree weapon, an offense and an attack to a second degree, a crime. Burnett was then charged by the honorable judge Kaminski in the city of the Justice Court, where she was released for her own recognition and at a later time in the city of Fallburg Justice Court.

All accused have an innocence presumption and are entitled to a fair procedure in which it will be the burden of the New York state to demonstrate undoubtedly guilt.
