I made 50 kettlebell fluctuations every day for two weeks – here is what my body happened

I make many training challenges – a certain number of repetitions of certain steps – and one of the last in which I have involved Kettlebells, and I also use the weight in the gym. It is versatile, increases your heart rate and works your full body, which seems to be like a winner.

But when I was asked to start the challenge of 50 kettlebell every day (why are 700 fluctuations or much, as we proudly say, countless sayings). But challenges are difficult to resist devilishly due to their seductive nature, so I went away.
