ICE examination leads to delivery and blackmail for the international MS-13 gang leader

An investigation by the US immigration and customs authority; The Virginia State Police; The Washington police authority, DC Metropolitan, led to explanations of conspiracy costs and the subsequent delivery of a high-ranking guide in the notorious international crime company of MS-13. Rivera-Luna appeared on March 5th in the District of Columbia after its delivery from Guatemala to the United States to charge conspiracy costs.

The investigation led to an indictment against nine points in which it was claimed to have committed the conspiracy, the murder of aids, kidnapping, kidnapping in favor of extortion, attack with a deadly weapon and other crimes. Rivera-Luna is only charged with a conspiracy of ambiguity.

The joint investigation showed that Rivera-Luna, while he was imprisoned in El Salvador, supervised the operations of MS-13 cliques in the Washington region. During the release, he traveled to Guatemala, where he was exposed to delivery.

It is known that the MS-13 transnational criminal organization involved activities for murder, narcotics distribution, extortion, robberies, disability of the judiciary and other crimes. The investigation suggests that some of the accused of attacks against perceived rival gang members took part, threats threats to people, of whom they probably worked with the law enforcement authorities and carried out the utilization.

ICE confirmed that Rivera-Luna is an international leader of MS-13 and supposedly commands and advice to an MS-13 clique that worked in the Washington, DC region, about mobile phone calls in El Salvador in the Washington region, DC. He and another suspected MS-13 leader, Marvin Geovanny Monterrosa-Larios, also imprisoned in El Salvador, directed a coalition of MS-13 cliques that are to be formed in the Washington area. ICE HSI Washington, DC, the VSP and the MPD examine the case with considerable support from Montgomery County and Prince George. The public prosecutor for Montgomery County; and US legal offices for the Maryland district and the eastern district of Virginia.

The Office for International Affairs of the Ministry of Justice provided considerable support in securing the delivery of Rivera-Luna from Guatemala.

The US law firm for the District of Columbia is pursuing the case.
