Ice Houston previously removed criminal foreigners in Mexico, who was convicted of manslaughter

Houston-Die US immigration and customs authority removed Orbelin Benitez-Carbajal, a 49-year-old criminal alien, who was convicted of manslaughter, to Mexico on March 17.

ICE transported Benitez-Carbajal from the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, Texas, to the Laredo entrance port, where he was released to Mexico. Previously, he was deported to Mexico on December 11, 2014.

Benitez-Carbajal was convicted of illegal crimes in the United States, including manslaughter in Travis County, Texas, July 22, 2010; Attack in Travis County April 25, 2006; Drive during the Beraudigen in Austin, Texas, December 5, 2023; and illegal entry in the western district of Texas January 25, 2024.

“This violent criminal alien has repeatedly and ruthlessly displayed our nation's legal system and was a direct episode for the inclination of an innocent life,” said Bradford, director of the field office of Ice Enforcement and removed, Operation Houston, Bret Bradford. “Although he was spent in prison for years and was pushed back to Mexico, he illegally entered the United States and started several other crimes.”
