Ice NABS of illegal alien with extensive crime history in Basing Ridge

They are everywhere and everywhere around us, save Jerseyer.

Last week, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that he arrested an illegal alien from Jamaica in Basking Ridge, New Jersey (Somerset County), with an extremely worrying story.

“In a collaboration, Ice Richard Alfanso Smith, a citizen of Jamaica who has more than 15 criminal arrests with his convictions,” announced John Tsoukharis, director of Newark Field Office, the ICE enforcement and distance surgery. “His extensive track record of arrests, convictions and detention does not correspond to the immigration laws of our nation. We are grateful for the resources that our law enforcement partners quickly gathered together in real time to ensure that the goal was arrested. “

ICE provided a part of Smith's past violations:

Smith's criminal history began when he was condemned in May 1996 for assault, burglary, harassment and disorganized behavior.

Smith was sentenced to four years in June 1999, sentenced to a further four years for serious assault and resistance to arrest and in the same month for manufacturing, sales and property to distribute heroin.

On October 8, 2002, he was convicted of possession of marijuana and sentenced to 36 days.

Smith was condemned on March 5, 2004 for assault and possession of a controlled dangerous substance and was instructed to prison for four years.

He was sentenced to six years on March 17, 2006 for serious bodily harm and illegal possession of weapons.

Smith was convicted on April 25, 2014 because he had opposed the arrest and rated a fine.
